About our Company
Doug and Teresa Borrowman and their children Cheyanna and Dustin have lived in Sylvan Lake since 1994. Through their business, family and personal commitments, Teresa and Doug are proud to be well entrenched in the Sylvan Lake community and look forward to many years of service to the community. As a company, our goal is to be the best service provider possible while being environmentally responsible and in doing so, set the standard for all others to follow. We look forward to becoming partners with you and developing a long term business relationship where we maintain your property assets year round while helping to protect the environment, your tenants, and you, the owners.
Our Volunteer Work
Serving our Community
In 2011, our company received the Corporate Volunteer of the Year award for our involvement in the local senior’s assistance program. This program offers help to seniors that live in their own homes and are in need of assistance with their yard care. For these people we provide free of charge lawn care and snow removal services. We are proud to be able to serve Sylvan Lake and its surrounding communities with this program and look forward to doing this for years to come.

We are members of several organizations where we can draw the latest and best practices for the services we provide. One of the organizations that we are proud of being a part of is SIMA (Snow & Ice Management Association). Upon becoming a member of this association in 2008, we became 1 of only 4 other businesses in Alberta to be a member. This North American organization offers the ONLY accreditation program for employees to be properly trained in all aspects of snow clearing techniques, thus ensuring you, the customer that your property is being looked after by true PROFESSIONALS. Add our extensive network of associated trades and you have our “One Stop Service” approach to all your property maintenance requirements when you deal with TD Bobcat Service.
